the secluded bubbleby hayleesComment: This is a great idea. Suggestions for executing that idea: Larger bubble for a more dramatic effect and obvious subject/focal point. Bubble in focus. Noise rediction (like neatimage software will do).
Great color and lighting angle for the bubble |

Please - someone rob a bank!by ImagineerComment: Though you may get some comments to the contrary, I like the faded, yellowish colors. It looks like a photo from the early 80s... and I know those pictures bore me! |

Self Portraitby glodaComment: If euskadi gave you a 10, where did it go? Looks like zero 10s on the board to me. Anyway, yes, nice photo. I agree that the lighting coul dbe improved... need more contrast by making the light more intense. This could have been accomplished in the camera with a longer shutter/widder app, but then you would have over exposed the shoulder. I'm guessing that your shoulder was pretty close to the light source? The neck and arm aren't overdone. So move the source a little further away so it's not too intense in any one area and get a brighter exposure.
Here's a bonus idea... since the challenge is about pain... immitate sweat with some baby oil. |

Old Western Authority by DiscraftComment: Thank you for submitting a quality high contrast photo. I rated this photo very high and am glad it ribboned. I've seen so may people submit a crappy photo with high contrast, noise, or some other gimmik then they whined because they scored low claiming people on this site don't like a photo if it's not someone's kid or puppy. Thank you for showing us the right way to do it! |
