Lovely! ...but a bit too much NeatImage imho (if I'm not mistaking). The lighter 'spots' in the down-left corner are a bit distracting. They don't have a function in this image. The composition is very nice, I like the angle. Tones also are OK.

Okay, let me take a wild guess: you tried to pull the attention to the floor downstairs by focusing on it, and making it, by the unusual composition the off-centered object, right? Well... I must admit that the large blurry foreground makes it a little unconfortable for me to look at the image, but certainly not less interesting. It's a very original approach on the stairs-theme, and it gives me a 'special FX-feel'. Welldone!!
