Like: Unique approach, extremely good detail in the sunset and background.
Dislike: Hands bug me, I think it would have been much more powerful without them holding up the sign. And im not sure how much control you have over your flash but a more powerful lighting in the foreground would have helped.
Overall good image.

Like: Lighting on the left side of the face is nice, but a little harsh.
Dislike: This is more of a snapshot IMO. There is nothing that draws my attention to this photo for the eyes. The crop is too tight, the background is dull.
