Are they banana slugs? If they are do you know if you lick them they make your tongue go numb (though why you would want to lick a slug is another matter)
Love the yin and yang of this image, though possibly could have done with a slightly deeper dof |

this is a very clever and excellent shot. we captured. I like the feel of slimeness that you get from looking at this shot, the macro is excellent. The colour,is deep and rich, you just have to get over your first impression of what it could be 9 |

Are those snails/slugs? Nice shot whatever they are. |

Are these worms or larvae of some kind? I think it's supposed to appear similar to a Yin-Yang... maybe. The image itself is a bit grainy, but the colors and detail are good. This one really made me stop and examine it. Hope you have some details in your notes box for me to see after the challenge. |

Yin/yang slugs? Good capture. Good scene for a square format picture. The reflecting light is a bit distracting but if natural couldn't be easily helped. Maybe a diffuser would have lessened it, but most of us don't carry diffusers around the mountains. Big Basin? |

Eww; slugs. Doing a Yin/Yang symbol, sorta'. They're certainly not destroying plants in my garden so I guess this qualifies as peaceful ;-) |

Would have like a bit more sharpness in their "love bond", maybe not so much gain. Banana's rock though :-) |

Sweet. I like the suggestion of intimacy and the visual reference to the yin/yang symbol. I wish you could have removed the thing on the upper head. |

What an interesting take on the challenge!
I'm assuming the yin yang was done intentionally? I really like this. |

Like: Colors are good. Unique approach to the theme.
Dislike: A bit of noise, nothing is truly in focus. |
