Eye of the house tigerby DanyComment: Nice clear shot, nicely focused. The colors are good quality, especially showing the bluish tinge on the inner ear, and the pink nose. Any way you could have taken the 'light' away from the eye? It's a bit distracting. Overall, a nice shot. |

Double Troubleby ioComment: nice sharp photo, good focus, nice depth of field. Subjects are located at a decent position in the frame for compositional elements. Perhaps a different color for the framing instead of White? i.e. the dogs, snow, etc. |

pink flowerby cvhs99Comment: The primary subject, your flower, is beautiful, the color is engaging, but the busyiness in the background takes away from the color of your flower. The photo of the flower is sharp and is in focus making it stand out, but the eyes are drawn away from it into the background. |

Cliclowerby redfigComment: The water droplets on the flower petals show up very nicely. The green centre of the flower is pleasing to the eye, but alas, my eye is drawn to the brightness of the light at the far right of the photograph. It's just too bright for my liking, it seems to take away from the photograph. I would like to have seen more of the flower and less of the white light source for such a beautiful subject. |

Churchillby MorganComment: lovey photo of Churchill. The lighting is really nice, but plays mostly on his hind quarters and not much on his upper body, which makes his look a bit out of focus. Not sure what the lighting is at Churchill's head, but that and the wood in the fireplace is a mite distracting, leading the looker away from Churchill. Anyway you could have changed your angle of the camera to do away with those those distractions? |

Wish You Were Here....by kretsComment: Impressive photograph with very colorful mood. You've captured a lot of energy in the colors of the clouds and of the sky. Very crisp focus of the trees and the outline of the leaves against the sky. My only question/complaint: what is that line? running from the left of the leaves to the first tree then onto to the next tree? about halfway up. . . a bit distracting |

La Primevère (Primrose)by joannsComment: Where does one start? The black background is simple and creates and elegant image of the vase and flowers as does the mirrored table top? The double image of the primrose in front is nicely photographed, although you leave a little image of something not quite cropped off at the bottom. To actually capture the Stem of the flowers through the vase is an achievement of your lighting, and it is very professional. Your composition in being slightly off left centre is great, and your color and focus are right on. . . Your white and black framing is also creative! |

hit the point...by neoathematrixComment: You've captured the speed of the train really nicely, that blurred feature on the door and window is really nice. The photo is sharp and is in focus, and the colors are bright, but I don't understand the story that you're trying to tell me. |

Manhattan Beach Januaryby spidermanComment: You/ve captured a very nice sunset with the sun behind the tree. Nice colors on the waters and the sky. I would like to have seen some beach or something. It's a nice sharp photo, but the sun is too bright for me and my eyes want to wander down to the coolness of the water. |

Winter Blossomby dadas115Comment: absolutely beautiful! Excellent macro with a pleasant feel to it and the background of blue is not distracting, bringing the eyes back to the centre of the flower, showing the red and green of the filament. Excellent use of the rule of 3rds also. The eyes focus on the flower and stay there. Very elegant image. |
