This might have done better in the "motion freeze" catagory. There is implied action but no movement, no blur, nothing that says "fast"

I like the picture overall but I don't see "action" - no surf spray, no movement - it's quite peaceful. The reflection is good, the color is good - I'd like to see the image size a little larger, but not bad.

Too stark for my tastes. When I see something like this I think more of a glide than "action." I know the title says high speed, but this doesn't do it for me.

Good color depth on how the green tones of the leaves match the greens of the snake. I like the juxtaposition of the straight branches with the curve of the snake as well - good contrasting lines. I might have lightened the levels on the shadows a bit to make the underside of the snakes head not quite so dark, but that's just me - nice capture.
