Being alone..by docpjvComment: the water and the girl in perfect stillness look great but the lights are too blownout and the overall color is too orange. |

Government in the Gutterby ShannonLeeComment: well done! this is a very interesting picture to me because the building appears to be ascending from the ground unexpectedly. the only thing i dislike about it is the crop. i think you have too much space that pulls you away from the main subject and draws you to the OoF leaves at the bottom. great job.. you should go by there again when there is no more christmas tree and you might just have yourself a nice stock photo. |

Gus at the NewsStand (Astor Place, 2005)by pawdrixComment: this picture would be great in showing emotions and the life that this person has gone through but, the blur distracts from that. its an ok picture as is but it would be amazing if at least his eyes were sharp. it would let you connect with this very interesting character. see if you can walk by that newstand again... |

Andrea @ Homeby jadkpicsComment: great.. simply a great look for this beautiful girl. i really like the BG and the prop. did you whiten the sclera of her eyes?
i agree. why did you shoot at 2.8 and so fast @ 125? if i had my guess you were trying to throw the wall out of focus and also prevent her hair to blur.. |
