dognoseby foot stepsComment: I think the actual nose bit could have been sharper (focus that is, not physically) could you have just shown the nose or does your camera not do macro that close. |

Two American Icons in Oneby daverx7Comment: I think you could have improved this image a lot in your 'digital darkroom' I am probably not the first to say "Why did you leave those ugly wires in the sky?" and the half eaten sandwich or piece of junk on the grass could have gone too, Use the clone tool to paint sky and grass and the image looks much better, it's a shame to have that stuff detract from the subject. Also is that a self portrait in the wing mirror? I think it might be. ...and the two boys with hats on peeping over the dash! All this stuff could easily be hidden or disguised with a couple minutes work. What's the point of doing digital photos if you don't make use of the tools on offer to turn a good pic into a better one. |

1 or 10.000 feet?by jonrComment: Is this diliberately under exposed or printed dark. I loaded this into Photoshop and adjusted the levels (equalise) which brought out some great highlights and shine, converted to greyscale worked really well and enhanced the texture, if you had uploaded that version I would have scored it very highly. I dont claim to be an expert but if you want to see what I mean I have loaded both versions here for you to compare. //uk.photos.yahoo.com/bc/martinwoods_uk/lst?.dir=/Yahoo!+Photo+Album |

Architextureby chakkobboComment: This is a nice image but I think there is a difference between Texture and Form. All th ebuilding materials here have different texture but I can't tell what they are in this picture. |
