This is a great photo - but the busy doesn't come to me in any sense. The car has been there a while. The building on the left has a static-animation background texture to it, and the cigarette and posture make the guy look like hes not really concerned about what he has to do. I'd put it in my portfolio though (maybe remove the roof above the car).
