I like the pastel and blur here, how did you get the bird so clear while the rest was so ethereal?

The theme here is great and I see that the photo had to be validated, I think it would have been far better without the hand and paint brush.

The one focused blade took all the impression out of this for me. I like the subject very much and was only disappointed by the bold statement in the foreground that clarified the rest of the work instead of mystifying it.

This is a beautiful shot. The colors are warm and inviting and the effect of 'washing out' the detail (no wood on the side of the mill, the grass all blends as one) really works well.

I really liked the flow of this picture, but felt the contrast/detail was too high.

I see mountains made of molehills and rain in the form of a wall of water. Looks like your were very close to the action too. Some of the wetness appears to have stuck on the lens. Hope you didn't get your camera soaked doing this one.

This one eludes me. If the lens is tripod mounted, the camera body could rotate on a slight zoom, but there seems to be no zoom effect. If the body were tripod mounted, the center rotation would move and not stay centered. The plant doesn't look like it's spring loaded...how'd you do this one? I liked it very much but the red swatch streak in the left corner seemed way out of place.

I liked the picture very much, but it seems the scratch effects are somewhat understated. Was this done in PS or with a very heavy nylon over the lens?

Looking at my patio furniture last night as I pondered this challenge I realized how you got this effect. Very nice, but the shower wall is too white, perhaps a pastel towel in the background would have lessened the contrast.

I like the impact of the background, but the crisp edges of the heart seem out of place.
