School sign from children's perspectiveby Pep VentosaComment: yup, that's just how i remember it! interesting take on the subject - i really feel like i've been put in the school child's shoes when i look at this. there's a lot of distracting lines in this shot, and the sign itself seems a little too much in shadow/undersaturated. overall good effort but with room for improvement. |

"Sign of a Dulled Existence"by Nowhere_ManComment: of the signs that "say what they mean," this one is the best. Nice work on the saturation/desaturation. good composition with the angle and the negative space - it would have been nice if there wasn't a bisecting sign, but you can't help that and your choice of angle shows just enough of it so that it doesn't intefere but doesn't look like you tried to hide it either. |

Rue du Champ-de-Marsby mariomelComment: spartan, yet dynamic composition. i love the color and texture of the bricks. you angled this just right for capturing the geometry of the pattern properly. nice work. |

swamp signby grigrigirlComment: this is great. original sign but not one of the desperately ironic, gorgeous textures, nice composition, interesting saturation values. |

Yahtzee Shapesby ScantyNebulaComment: the texture of the dice seems a little oversharpened and the focus is a tad soft.
great use of color with desaturation, and the action is very nice.
nice use of lighting, though i find myself distracted a little by the contents in the backround. |

Round as the moonby WildpurpleComment: the blue fringing is hurting this image. the photoshop rules are lifted. perhaps you could have fixed this with the clone or some simple painting? i like the size of the moon and the composition. great detail with the craters! |

Three of a Kindby NeuferlandComment: if you could have rotated this a smidge in photoshop it would have made a big difference. when pictures that depend on symetricality don't come out fully symetrical it has a big impact on the photo. |
