I am confused as to how this is about time. I am not sure what the photographer is trying to say with the photograph. I don't like the bluring and can barely tell it is a dog. Sorry, but not my favorite.

The Persistence of Memory was clearly your initial inspiration for this. The strangeness of the focus works well, as does the composition and dream like tones. I want there to be a philosophical concept that you are illustrating, but I can't decode it if there is.
