 Converted from RAW, cropped, rotated slightly, extra sharpening on the pole and fire hydrant, sharpened the whole thing. That's all, folks!

This has a funny (peculiar) story: Seems the Planning Code once said each apartment must have its own parking space/garage on the property.

But, alas, it didn't say it had to be useable.

I use this intersection a lot, and for many years I have been amused every time at the ability of someone who will go to such lengths to work around the edges of the rules.

very well seen-must crack you up and/or make you shake your head everytime you see this example of bureaucratic "intelligence"... -OR- the owner of that space is trying to save the planet and rides a bike instead! :)
