 Not sure if this will "meet the challenge" for most, but I enjoy the heck outta watching these little guys on my fence in the evening. On the blustier days, the wind ruffles their feathers as they hang out watching the world go by.

This is from the camera's jpeg file. I tried editing the RAW file and ended up liking this one better. Cropped quite a bit (I can only get so close before the fly off), sharpened. Levels on sky alone, levels on bird alone. Resized, saved for web.

Great job Deb! And what an adorable title! Just because he doesn't have very much to get windblown doesn't mean he isn't very much experiencing and illustrating wind! Another Melethia shot that is quite underrated!

This is a brilliant capture. Spot on focus for the bird and fence. The subtlety to this is the key to this image. There does seem to be alittle fuzz or something under his beak as I look at this longer that could have been cloned out - but nothing major. Excellent image that sneaks up on the challenge and grabs it by the short hairs. Well done.
