 A macro of a ball of chainmail I made by hand, each link has a half-inch OD. I created it with raw 14 gauge steel wire, wraped on a bolt to make a spring, and cut the spring into individual linked which were then bent into shape with pliars. It was a little time consuming, but its a great toy now

nice abstract shot, like the b&w, but still needs something to make it pop, maybe some work with contrast, but nonetheless a neat shot

Is it abstract? Probably not ... it might be more 'found art' when used like this. Either way, it's arresting. 7.
