Why would an image like this have to be validated? Don't people know that is how this type of plant grows? |

Healthy looking Venus fly trap! Very juicy. It's a good shot but slightly lacks atmosphere due to flat lighting. Shooting this early or late in the day may have added more drama. [7] |

Do these things really grow wild? I've heard of them before but I have never seem one at all. Nice little jungle of fly catchers, well done. |

Wow. Very cool subject matter. I'm not sure that you needed to include so many in the shot - perhaps a close up of one with several others blurred by depth of field might have worked better photographically, but I see where you were going by your title, making it look like a huge forest of the buggers... I think you accomplished that pretty well. |
