i'm always amazed at how much color you can get out of a night photograph that we don't see with our eyes because of the low light level

To me, the areas along the lower section of the picture look overexposed and seem to glare too much.

i like the picture but it is extremely overexposed at the bottom of the frame. the bright lights are very distracting which takes away from an overall pleasing picture
