A very good effort and excellent b/w tones. I like it. Bumping up.

This just looks like a National Geographic photographer's photo. Although you may have done it intentionally, I wish your right face had not been so tightly cropped. Great job! 8

i don't know anything about portraiture, so i'm using your image to try to figure out what i think i would or wouldn't do in this situation, as well as what i notice and get out of your image.

wow! this is an amazing image. the lighting so perfectly brings out the intensity and inquisitiveness in your eyes, and the range of tonalities bring out your character. you have truly captured the essence of the individual. 8 from me.

Great image, but I do wish it had a touch more contrast.

would have like to see your eyes more in focus. That was the biggest problem with my photo as well.

I like the B&W. one nit pick, it looks like the focus is the tip of the nose, rather than your eyes. good luck

You seem upset or angry or concerned here. Well captured.
