| There must have been other headstones in the graveyard that haven't been scraped clean. The only thing good is the sidelighting. I don't think that dead kids are good subject material either. |

| You may be a lichen lover like me! I love the contrasts between the black lettering amid the yellow and then the white/black lettering to the right of the photo. The variety adds a lot of interest. Luckily, the lichen is not consistent throughout, yet the levels are, so it works and it's engaging. |

| Actually, in pretty good shape for 150 years. Nice capture, a black border would have set it off IMHO. |

| Your framing is quite good, however I find the image uncomfortable to look at. Perhaps the whitish areas could have been dulled down a bit. |
