Fancy's Wishby patriciabrown2001Comment: Well set up, and disturbing on several levels (which I hope was the intent). I keep wishing I could turn my head and see the scene that's being looked at. :) |

Watching For Daddyby karmatComment: Charming - a bit grainy, but a classic sort of look all the same. And quite impressive that the child is not staring at the camera, as well. |

Look what's outside my window!by ladpupmoeComment: Very pretty - though I would have liked to see it without the fogging of reflection across most of the upper part of the photo. I'm not sure how that would be accomplished, though, without knowing the area and whether some light source could be dimmed or shaded, or not. |

Just beyond the screen doorby joannadivaComment: "What ARE you doing with that camera?" Hehe. Great cat expression. I wish the screen's impact on the photo could be minimized a bit - it's distracting - but I suspect you already attempted to do that (and removing the screen would probably have removed the "inside" element, judging from that expression! :). |

Follow Meby La-LunaComment: A nice scene - though the effort to bring detail into the darker areas (which does so!) has left the sky area and even bits of well-lit ground and leaf so illuminated that no details can be seen, which is a pity. Would the light have been better at another time of day, or with something to temporarily illuminate the shadowed areas somewhat, to equalize the light levels? |

Inside looking out!by RobroComment: We don't seem to really be looking out, though - the door and door frame are in focus and vivid color. "Out" is a railing leading into a land of light blast, the details of the (lawn? driveway?) blown away by the much brighter daylight, and given only a second-place billing at the edge of the frame, with the door and doorframe earning a much stronger, more central place, and cementing that place with their vivid colors and interesting, clear details. |

Helloby anggComment: I'm not sure what this guy is inside (or what the photographer is inside) that produces an 'inside' and an 'out'. This is a lovely, amazingly crisp shot, however. |

What To Eat!?!by alternaruleComment: Cute, and well-composed. A little grainy; the "soft" look on the face doesn't work so well against the crisper lines of the door, the bottle. A bit of glare between the man and the door; maybe if some of that light could have been shielded, to reduce the glare and (perhaps) soften the door, which is obviously less-well-lit than the face. |

Shyby robsmithComment: How did you get this shot? It's an interesting one, but at least to me, rather weakened by the lighting. (The window being brilliantly washed-out, and also blurring and erasing the edges and lines of the face of the person on the left. The earpiece would suggest glasses, and yet the lens-frames are invisible in the glare....) |
