Another tough exposure shot. Pretty good considering how tough this was to take, but not that great overall. outside is pretty hot, inside is pretty good. Looks like it might have been oversharpened too. Good luck

It feels like we're on one side of something, looking to the other side. It doesn't feel like we're inside something looking out.

That said, it's an overall good picture. I like the square framing, though I wish there was more at the bottom. Nice duotone.

I really like this shot a lot, and love your choice of sepia (or duotone?). I don't think it would have worked nearly as well for me in living color. The sepia tone gives the shot a mysterious and "old" feel that is quite nice. Something about the composition though, feels just the tiniest bit off for me - I kind of feel that I want to crop it on the right side, all the way in to where the dark area starts.

A nice scene - though the effort to bring detail into the darker areas (which does so!) has left the sky area and even bits of well-lit ground and leaf so illuminated that no details can be seen, which is a pity. Would the light have been better at another time of day, or with something to temporarily illuminate the shadowed areas somewhat, to equalize the light levels?

Lovely pic, very contrasty and gives me a serene kind of mood. Good luck in the challenge!

nice location, I wonder if the arch were a little more defined how that might look

Meets the challenge. Maybe would have liked to have seen this one in color. Good luck.

I like the invitation in this although I admit to a marked lack of fondness for sepia

This definitely has the theme captured. Beautiful tones and lighting. The sky in the background is pretty "hot", but hard to adjust for with digital. I liked this.
