Give Peas a Chanceby colorcarnivalComment: Well casting aside for a moment your dislike of peas (surely your ire would be better focused on natures real sins...broccoli and sprouts)
The shot and the title did both make me smile. I was slightly put off by the water underneath the peas (where they frozen and had just started to melt?). Nice complementary colours and I liked the dof you used |

S I L V E Rby RetroesqueComment: Fan? I certainly am!!!!
What a fantastic macro abstract and the B&W conversion is sublime. Hit the challenge spot on. Fanatsic sharpness of the leading lines. I could totally imagine this hanging on a wall of a trendy art house.
Superb image |

Hey jonathans, I found the butter.by WalesPComment: One of the great things about DPC is the way it allows you to watch people's photography improve and mature over time. I'm sure when you look at this image and compare it to ones that you took in the past like and you must cringe at the fact that you used to produce images of such sharpness and with a range of vibrant colours as well as the fact that they used to be so so big
A sterling effort for which I unreservedly salute you |

Tobacco sold to 18 and over, no exceptions.by lealoveComment: Wow!!! I am astounded that this is not either taken in or PP to black and white. But hell I dont care what you have done to take this shot, all I know is you have created a brilliant atmospheric and quite stunning image - 9 |

Whiteby SaraRComment: Yup no doubt there are some that will say that this is 'too obvious' but hey so what. It meets the challenge perfectly and has been absolutely excellently delivered. Love the high key background which amazingly does not detract from the wonderful sharpness of the dove.
Great composition. Terrific image bumping to 10 and my own personal favourite in the challenge |

From Darkness Came Lightby astonjay32Comment: Excellent shot. Im liking the lens flare a lot although perhaps the hot spot less so. Beautiful depth of colour in terms of both reds and blues. Good job |

Peace, Love, and Happiness in the Santa Cruz Mts.by AgaerisComment: Are they banana slugs? If they are do you know if you lick them they make your tongue go numb (though why you would want to lick a slug is another matter)
Love the yin and yang of this image, though possibly could have done with a slightly deeper dof |
