Neat, but I can't quite figure out what the shot contains! It lacks subject. Then again, "abstract" has a wide variety of meanings. I would have liked to have known what the subject(s) is/are. Nonetheless, I love the mixture of colors and the clarity. Just a bit too busy for me (and, trust me, I know. I have gotten a bunch of criticism from people for being too "busy").

Cool. First thing that popped into my head was "cool." Nice lighting and clarity. I don't know if I like this particular subject with such a modern background. That is just personal opinion, though. And, of course, this challenge is called "Abstract Food." Nicely done in fulfilling the challenge.

Very much like modern art. Simplistic. I might have added some color enhancement, but perhaps that would have taken away from the reality of this picture. Well done... though it probably won't score well on DPC. It lacks the "Wow Factor" that is needed for high scoring photos. The simplicity may be taken for lack of creativity or laziness. Not my personal opinion, but...

This picture is unique and funky but would be a lot better if it were clearer. The light spots seem somewhat harsh.

Very neat image! For some reason, this picture reminds me of the inside of cell or something microscopic. I like the red glow around the Cup O' Soup. It would have been nicer if it had been centered, but that is a small improvement. The coloring overall is very well done. There is something slighty "rough" about this picture that detracts from it a bit... not being a long-time member of the photography community, I am not quite sure what it is!
