Great shot. Really creates a mood. My guess is that it could create different moods in different people, depending on where they are. I guess the word is "emotive". I like solitary places, especially at dawn or dusk. I was doing a quick scan through the challenge, not intending to vote or comment yet, but I had to stop at this one.

While I have to agree that you didn't meet the "singled out of a crowd" aspect of the challenge, I do understand "singled out" from a perspective that, perhaps, only we who are grandfathers can appreciate. I wish there had been a "Special Moments" challenge in which you could have entered this shot. Thanks for bringing a tear of joy to my eye.

Title probably hurt me. The backlit subject of the shot was the plume of water vapor. Title called attention to the towers, which were sillhouettes. Perhaps a title like "Powerful Vapor" would have fared better.
