I _almost_ really really like this image, but something about it doesn't quite sit right with me. I wish I could explain it for you... maybe upon re-visiting it I'll be able to.

(Hmm, actually... her face almost seems posterized to me, maybe that's it. And over her right eyebrow (the one to the viewer's left), there's a lightness which I find distracting.)

Not a bad image, but it seems (to me) to miss the spirit of this contest... I could maybe see an argument for why it would be submitted (sun _light_ on _white_ (ish) moon surface), but even if one buys that, it seems contrary to the spirit.

(I'd also like to see the moon off-set more, probably in the upper-right quadrant.)

I think this would have been better at a slightly stronger angle... bringing that slight trail of the final distance further across the image towards the left. but very nice. 8, almost 9.
