Hey - I've got a similar thing as I still was living in Berlin and I always asked myself, why do they have to lock up even the things, we throw away! Crazy society!
Good shot. For me it would be better, if you wouldn't have cut the upper edges, so that I could see the whole fence and maybe if you'd have taken the pic from a bit more to the right side, so that I can see both fences and the shadow of the tree on the right hand side wouldn't be distracting so much.
