I like the lighting behind the object and the gradation in the background. Highlights near the top of the object are a tad harsh. Generally a nice shot.

Nice wistful shot which would work better with the subject placed less centrally, IMHO. I'd crop out the light area at the top of the background too.

:-) You've got to be a bit mad to do that. A less tight crop would work better, IMHO. As it is we've no idea how far off the ground it is.
