This is a really pretty image and quite moody. I may be missing something here, but I can't quite make out what the blur is on the left center? I can see that it would have been difficult to crop out because then the highlight of the water wouldn't have been bounded on both sides by dark and would have spoiled the compositional balance.

I love how the seagull is flying into the light beam.

Nice background. I like the way the blue contrasts with the orange in the lens. Maybe the shot could be improved if the UV filter was removed? Its a little beat up and keeps us from really seeing the lens.
