Bold color. Great subject. At first I was going to suggest the DOF was too shallow, but then I realized it accentuated the the two front fish. Something else is not quite right here, though. Oversharpening?? Nonetheless, very good picture.

From the appearance of both the statue and the curb line, it gives the impression that the horizon is a bit off. If you had cropped this at the base of Washington's foot to the top of the current frame, you would have lost the lower portion of the building, but possibly driven home a stronger message. (I don't know for sure, it is just my subjective opinion.)
