Initial=fabulous!
Composition=the rock in the foreground centered like that troubles me a bit, but it isn't overwhelming. I may have wanted to wait for that sail boat to get behind the spray (caught beautifully btw), or have it appear to the right of it instead.
Clarity (focus, details)=gorgeous. great movement
Exposure=well done
Interesting or Emotive=yes. both. :)
I am using a this new detailed commenting method inspired by autool. (Thanks
autool!). I hope you find it more helpful than my former comments.

i love the sea, and the waves. always gives me an instant 'vacation' feeling and makes me smile.
challenge met -- yes
composition / appeal -- good. i like the sail boat on the left, i wonder if it was going into the right direction for you to take the shot later with it more visible to the right of the splash.
technical -- ok, your horizon doesn't look quite level, colors are nice.
overall -- 7
