I don't know why, but I quite liked this shot. Something about it grabbed me.

It's ultra-noisy and doesn't look all that great up close, but visually, it's very pleasing.

One of the few shots where I genuinely see Chaos in action. Very nicely done with the near perfect perpendicular on the stems (although it's pretty obvious that the glasses are laid out on a light table)...

I've always found fireworks to be a demonstration of man's mastery over fire rather than a chaotic free for all, but that's probably just me.

Honestly, this needs a counterpoint.

A dirty fingertip. A faint face in the background. Anything... Otherwise, it's just a picture of a match. And not a super great one at that.

If there was a face reminiscent of Jack Nicholson with dementia, the noise visible here could easily be redeemed.

I don't know why, but this one doesn't hit me where it probably ought to.

I see the contrasting elements of light and dark in the top left and right hand corners, but I don't really feel the girl's emotion. I see outcry, but I don't feel her pain.

Which is odd given my personal background with mental disorders in the family.

Looks pretty cool and I think it's pretty well captured, but I think I'd like this better if it were cropped in about 25% so it wasn't obvious that it was water in a glass.
