I don't see the chaos here I'm afraid. Is it in the deteriation of the signage of the building? I like the shot but don't really see the chaos.
You've probably got a few of these comments. I'll refrain from voting for the mean time until I think about it a little more.

It's totally the chaos that would be caused by that bad parking, isn't it?
D'oh! I'm glad I didn't vote straight away. I like the angle you took on it. Processing's fine (I'd've made the shadows darker, but I like dark and have suffered from being too dark previously). Nice composition. I might have cropped it a little tighter on the right so you don't see a little bit of the signs. Maybe even right up to the 36, but that's not a big deal. |
