Fly Awayby novaComment: A few commenters asked how I was lucky enough to get three swallowtail butterflies in a single photo. I was laying flat on my back in the bed of my pickup truck below a mimosa tree in full bloom, and the tree was covered with butterflies flitting from flower to flower and all around the canopy. |

Cathyby CuttoothComment: I see what others mean about the glass giving more balance if further left, but I dunno, I think this works well too. The very dark background on the right side of the photo offsets the almost sepia look of the left 40%, and the glass kind of connects them. Very original, interesting portrait imo. |
