Yep...Less is more. A beautiful image. My only suggestion is that the text at the bottom is distracting and I think it would have done its job just as well by being in small typeface just under the main heading...Anyway I'm sure you don't really want a desktop publishing critique :) As I said a beautiful and surprisingly evocative image.

The photo is great. I think the text would be better if it was a lot more subtle. Also the compression seems very heavy and has damaged the image. As I said at the start though, its a great shot.

This is a really beautiful example of a classic style. It looks like it is right off the cover of a seveties LP record. Really natural model and wonderful composition. The trees leading off in the background are perfect and the bokeh is excellent. The foreground detail really enhances the image also. This, to me, is one of those images that just works. The technical details pale into insignificance compared to the emotional power and strong composition. Good Luck in the challenge.
