	Cone Zone Puts Brake On Business by KaDi Comment: Poor usage of rule of thirds. The photo is way too busy and chaotic. Power lines detract from the aesthetics of the image. Badly framed cars and signs in the background. I have no idea what I'm even looking at. Absolutely brilliant! Great caption. 10. :)

	Single Mom Evicted From Condemned Home (Sad But True Story) by ConcreteDonkey Comment: The photo itself is very striking, but the caption detracts from it. It's a newspaper heading, so "Sad But True Story" is redundant; if it weren't true. Why would it be in a newspaper? Regardless, the photo did grab me. Especially the child. Great work!
