| Very clear photograph, and certainly meets the challenge. In my opinion, what keeps me from scoring even higher would be the lack of a true subject or focal point, and that it is a bit busy. Very appropriate for a "news" shot, but otherwise, hurts it for me as a photograph. |

Poor usage of rule of thirds. The photo is way too busy and chaotic. Power lines detract from the aesthetics of the image. Badly framed cars and signs in the background. I have no idea what I'm even looking at.
