Bluebellsby cheekymunkyComment: nice compositionally but I think a blue, green or yellow background might have contrasted nicely with the flowers. |

Don't Leave Daddyby ericsuthComment: Thank you for the comments. I took a number of shots of this little beauty while she was upset that her dad had to leave for a honeymoon with his new wife. This was the only one shot through the glass door. I thought about using the other "cleaner" shots without the reflection that many people didn't seem to like, but I love the reflection of the people looking on and it transfers the idea to the viewer...that while you can appreciate the image, you're still very removed from this very sincere and emotion filled moment by the glass involved, in the door and also the lens. |

Hauntedby BobsterLobsterComment: generally, for this challenge I only liked shots that had people or extremely emotive animals, this one was an anomoly for me and really does a good job at capturing a mood of solemnity and darkness |

Dreamyby ergatesComment: really simple and clean composition...I wish the sky were a little bluer maybe could be dodged and the face a little sharper but a really nice capture |

Despairby naomikComment: interesting shot, that makes you wonder "what in the world is going on here?"
Lighting/sharpening seems a bit harsh for a feeling of despair |

Excitement "Do you want a bone?"by bcobleComment: great expression, but you may want to get him outside or someplace with enough light to shoot without the flash, or you could try shooting with bounced flash and slow down (drag) the shutter |
