Midnight beautyby parrotheadComment: I really like this shot, but a few things are distrating me and the eyes:
The garter-> should have bee taken out, physically or give them a reason for being there, not tucked in. The buckle of the right front garter is reflecting some light and is very distracting.
The banister in the front, not sure if it's intentional or not, either show the banister for what is is or do not show it.
The few twigs in front of her legs. is you want to make it look like a candid/peeping picture, I would have added a few more twigs.
All in all, I like it (8), I might try something like this at some point in time

Daydreaming of Tweetie...by mocabelaComment: Nice portrait, I would have seperated the cat from the background. or just maybee highlight in the fur would have done the job. I would put this on my wall |

Performance Anxietyby muur88Comment: Good story to the pic, nice candid shot.
I would changed the perspective and looked up at the firehydrant and the sign with the dog in the forefront |

Can we go for a walk now..please?by bucketComment: Nice DOF, we can see your reflection in the highlights. perspective is very candid. I would suggest to lower yourself and look up or at leat eye level with the dog |

MAIDby DrJOnesComment: Hey Martin,
Comment vas-tu?
Statistically, the 4ish only represents 7.6% of the voters.
I understand your frustration since they are not voting on the quality of the photography but on the content.
Let me know if you wish to vent, we'll get a beer at the Shed Cafe on St-Laurent . . .
