Wood Pigeonby BooZonComment: Cool picture, I'm sure you get a lot of "not minimal" comments though. But I think it fits fine. It would have been nicer without the branch that crosses behind the bird so my eye could make out the silouhette of the bird a little better though. But a very "Zen" like picture overall. |

the sailboatby visaksenComment: The sail boat just does not stand out as the subject in the picture. I would have used "the bench" as the subject, it provides more interest to my eye than the sailboat does. I think the picture of the tree and bench is quite good! So I'll just rate the photo on what your strongest point of interest is because I like it better anyway and it still fits the challenge! 7 |

Morning Floodby bruskiComment: It would have been really cool to frame the tulip at the top so we could see the full reflection of it in the water as well - just my humble opinion though. |

DayLightby xonkasComment: Great picture! Too bad you couldn't have taken out that power line, it's a little distracting, but I don't feel it is worth a significant reduction in score because if rules permitted, it would have been ommitted. However, I think it would have been a little more interesting if you could have had something to frame the bottom, like a piece of the pole/building it was attached to - just feels like it is missing something where the lamp ends at the edge of the pic. My personal opinion of course! But clarity and sharpness of the picture is wonderful, as is composition and adherence to the challenge - 7 |

Texas Vistaby crabappl3Comment: E-Rock, I have an awesome picture of that tree as well! The rotten limbs are slowly falling off of it more and more. Would like to see the pink in the granite a little more and the white of the tree trunk a little more though, but I'm sure you lose the interest in the sky. But a very surreal picture overall!! 8 |

gerbil tubeby muckpondComment: It's a little crooked and could have done with out the line across the bottom. A tighter crop and rotation would look better. |
