Not really sure what to say about this one. It almost looks like the picture is being taken through a reflection on glass but the sheer effort of trying to work out what is going on here is detracting my attention away from the image itself. I'm afraid I don't find it terribly engaging.

I started at the beginning of the challenge entries and when I arrived at this photo I thought ... good focus, great action, excellent technique. A couple of things brought it down for me, though ...

1. the dark object in the bottom right corner looks like it might have been the top of someone's head; I suppose cropping this out would have reduced the impact of the cars being jumped.

2. there appears to be a distinctive blue cast to the image. Having looked at the other entries I don't think it's my monitor, but wouldn't swear to it.

Based on a classic image, you've captured a good sense of motion and the horizon being slightly off doesn't really detract from that. Would liked to have seen taxi sharper.

Good vantage point, getting above the bird and eliminating any background distractions. Good space for bird to fly into. Bird looks sharp - would be keen to see a larger copy to see how sharp it really is.

Skater is sharp - shadows looks like skate tracks - not sure about cars in background though - kind of detract from the picture
