I love this image! So fun! You really can't beat a great candid shot (even if you have a big stick). Not a whole lot I can critique about it. Nice job.

I like the shadows of the kites in the lower corner...it's a nice touch and the reflection of the water and disappearing horizon is great. However, I'm not a fan of the shape of the picture itself. Perhaps if you had taken the bit off the top so that it would be like a mirror image would make the awkward shape more "worth it".

I really like the symmetry of this photo. Personally, i am a big fan of old car photography so I really don't have much to critique except maybe the reflection on the left side of the car (I think it's you.) :)

I'm reminded of Canon Beach and coming from Astoria, this picture invokes a homesickness like no other. Many a night I've seen the storms on Haystack Rock. 10

This is a very powerful photograph. It's nice when something like this can invoke emotion. There's not a whole lot of issue one can find with a great candid pic like this.

The fashionism of...

There are several parts of this photograph that I love - i.e. the model is beautiful, the mood of the shot in general, the reflection on the right , and the urban acid style/grunge effect colors. However, there are a couple of changes that would really make this picture more powerful - i.e. removing the reflection of her ankles below her, and the reflection on her left, then making her skin tone on her face a little less washed out.... All in all, it's a nice picture, very high "fashion".

The blurring is a litlte too distracting and I would get rid of the other berry on the right, other than that, it's a nice picture and a great addition to the holidays. Would make a great holiday card.

I am totally in love with this photo! Lighting, colors, shallow DOF and details are all fantastic. That's it, I have no suggestions on how it could be improved.

Watchful Eye

The detail in this shot is great. I'm sure that the cat is lying down but I'm still drawn to tilting my head to make it out a little better. Perhaps turning it 90 degrees would make it easier to look at. However, I still think that it is a strong shot. The eye color and detail in the whiskers and fur make it a desirable photograph.
