This was one of the most underrated shots in the challenge in my opinion.
How my effort finished 108 places higher, I`ll never understand. |

Very original - I don't think I've ever seen a cat photographed in this way before :) Bumping this up. |

I usually don't care for cat photos, but this one is very good. Nice composition and cropping. |

wow, very nice photo with suiting title. The eye is just on the right spot in the frame and the burnt out dark areas near the edges make this photo outstanding! I would like to have this in my living room as a rug..

Great positioning on the eye, and the colors are spot on. The detail of the fur amd whiskers are wonderful |

The detail in this shot is great. I'm sure that the cat is lying down but I'm still drawn to tilting my head to make it out a little better. Perhaps turning it 90 degrees would make it easier to look at. However, I still think that it is a strong shot. The eye color and detail in the whiskers and fur make it a desirable photograph. |

Wow... I'm not a big cat fan, but this is outstanding! Fantastic processing and the crop/composition is terrific. Great job! 9 |

6 - Like the detail/texture. Good colors and contrast control. Criticism; 'if only' that eye were open more, good like this, but if it were open more or looking 'at', may have made this even better in my opinion. The detail is good, but especially on the 'brow' perhaps the lighting is just a fraction harsh, difficult to tell. Like the detail in the whiskers. I think the extra 10 pixels would have helped this, if you had the quality, or else just a 'wider' crop perhaps. Has the potential to be a good 'cat abstract', if that makes any sense, in my opinion. |
