Nice simple image. I like the format, and the reflectio on the inside side of the cup. The cup doesn't quite seem horizontal to me. Could be my eyes tho! 8.

I really applaud the tonal range you have achieved with this, and it's exposed perfectly. My personal opinion would be either much less or more DoF - keep the ear in focus or have just the eyes and mouth in focus.
