In My Father's Shoesby byshenComment: Nice image and capture of his expression. The bit of shadow on the bottom right side does take a bit away from the image however! but nice composition and lighting! |

adidasby nikmaticComment: I think it's a great perspective and good idea!
The yellow/orange color of the sole does however distracts from the image IMHO. It looks like the white balance is off (the shoe might be that color but it's not a very appealing color to me at least... it might just be from a lot of clay tennis courts? :)
Nice depth of field by the way! |

Milk Madeby scalvertComment: I like the concept. Looks like a spotted cow! The bubbles somehow take a bit away from the photo IMHO... Not sure why...
But the falling drop is a winner. very well executed and composed, and the lighting is good too! Well done! |

don't cry...by mesmerajComment: Great perspective and idea! IMHO, somehow the floor is a bit too busy, a black floor might have added more impact or drama.. As if finding a black floor is easy to do :) nice composition and lighting!
Well done! |

Ruling the Empireby KonadorComment: Just amazing. The composition is perfect, the light reflection catching, the angle towering, the sky thunderous! Really, I usually try to find at least one small detail that might make a difference in my mind (to learn more about dissecting my own photos), but I can't find one... and the silvery blue colors throughout... wow! I also like the lower part of the building in the left corner, it creates a nice perception of size and of the immensity of the building...
Stunning, a new favorite. |

d o t s -&- l i n e sby annahComment: I'm pretty sure I know who this is ;)
You've outdone yourself on this portrait. The composition is excellent. The liquid eyes are well captured and the face 'painting' makes the picture so unique. I really hope you get the blue!!!
The only tiny thing I might change is the small amount of overprocessing on the right side of the image by the nose and the cheek.. but it's not that noticeable.
Well done!! |

Forgotten Water (JPG-based retouch)by Zed PobreComment: I think your PS version really increased the perception of depth of this photo... And you started out with an amazing depth of field shot with a blury, sharp, blury gradient that really works well!
IMHO, increasing the yellow color even more to a brighter one would help further! I love the sun streaks on the grass... In the end, the exposure seems perfect to me!
Well done.

re-edited-horse.jpgby sheapodComment: Following good previous comments is hard :) I do agree that this photo is the best of all three. I like the new crop and the image is not too sharp now. I'm myself learning to play with dodge and durn (I know it works better in B&W) but I wonder if the slightest of dodging might help as well? Maybe a 2-3% on some parts of his mane and his skin to bring out highlights? Maybe you could also burn a bit of the stall to make it fade in the background? Outside of those minor details, well done!!! |

Eruptionby dsidwellComment: Added this to my favorites! Love the clouds and the editing of them! Wonder how you did it? smudging or did you add streaks in yourself as well? Great composition as well!
You're an amazing photographer!!! |
