It's a great backdrop but the crooked horizon spoils it some what. Also the shadow at bottom right is a bit off putting. I love the rock, the kid, the boots and the camera angle. With the focus brought forward to make the shoes sharp (maybe at the expense of BG focus) and those other things fixed I would have given this a 10. I still really like this shot and the title fits. Well done.

Every little boys dream. I think I'd like it better with a little less sky, but it's a 9 anyway. Good job.

Cute, but I wish the horizon wasn't tilting.

What I like about this photo: The composition, the cute kid, the lovely gentle sunlight, the perspective that makes the boots look even bigger that they would if taken from another angle.
What I don't like: the very crooked horizon, the shadow on the rock (made by the photographer, I assume?) and the worried look on Junior's face.

great shot but the shadow in the lower right corner is distracting

This photo brought a smile on my face, I love his expression. However, even though the quality of the photo is very nice this just looks like a snapshot of your kid to me, a good snapshot but nothing more. I have a feeling I would have liked it more if the horizon hadn't been tilted, if you hadn´t had that shadow in the lower right corner and if this shot had been wider or further away so that I could see the surroundings better. 6 from me.

Nice image and capture of his expression. The bit of shadow on the bottom right side does take a bit away from the image however! but nice composition and lighting!

AWWWWW!!!!!! *heart melts*

Strong composition, the generous space above accentuates the littleness of your wee tyke. And yes I do know how difficult this would be, considering the model, but some interaction either between the baby and the boots, or the baby and the viewer would have really added a lot. As it is, he looks kind of nervous or umm, wistful.

Also, I may be wrong, but did you catch your own shadow in the shot?
