Lovely detail and composition, I think his/her expression just about sums his/her feelings...on, no, not another photo shoot! Good capture.

Well, you seem to have done it again. I agree with you that a noisy shot is better than none. But, looking closer, the detail on the Moose and water, considering the ISO 3200, is really very acceptable. I think I prefer this to a pin sharp image. It is real and of the moment, a true capture of wildlife in not the best conditions.

This is going to be tough matching your shots:))

That's a sharp lens you have there:)

I really like the composition and exposure is spot on. The foreground focus is superb with the grasses in clean focus and the BG nicely blurring gradually.

I can see why this got 6th place. Look forward to seeing more shot with this lens.

Looks pretty good to me, perhaps using A mode and f8 might have grabbed a deeper DOF. With Macro lenses it takes a while to get used to them, I found using continuous focus rather than single focus works well as the little buggers do tend to move about. Stick with it, you will get a great deal of satisfaction from the Macro lens.

Could that be Ian King? He has done well since BJ retired as the world No 1.

Good capture and I like the diagonal composition. Good colours and good motion blur:)

Good detail, nice Bokeh. Perhaps a little saturation would bring the greens out a bit more. A good shot and looks like that lens has potential:))

Looks like a Geranium to me. Clear and sharp, and the raindrop looks good on it.

A good shot with fine detail. I think this is a tight crop? and as such, the background has become quite noisy. I know how hard it is a capture small birds and get a good sized photo.

I can live with the background as the main subject is clear and good, but when in a challenge, voters will knock you back.

Yep, that works for me Deb! But I'm worried now that he will venture into that darker place.

I prefer this edit, Deb. Would be interested to see if you do B&W edit on it.
