The Orange Obeliskby drgsoellComment: I have no idea what that is.. and that's part of the attraction. Nice composition. This feels like a sunset with no sun. Great use of thirds. The simple border helps too. |

Reflectionsby flip89Comment: I have no idea how you achieved this. The orange and blue are great complementors. And the transition of the reflection from gray to orange is entertaining. Even the sun behind the clouds is not badly overexposed like one would expect. Good work and it shows. |

Navel Orangeby sherComment: Choice of black background was excellent. Makes the pettles really pop. Well lit. Great focus. If there is a negative I'm not seeing it. |

Inner Sanctumby TooCoolComment: Very calming and warm feel. I don't mind the contrast between the lower and upper sections but some might not like it. This photo is so easy to look at. Well done. |

Wet n' Wildby MickComment: Great action shot. Meets the challenge well without being obvious about it. So many photo's (mine included) sacrifice good photography just to satisfy the theme. Not so here. You did remember to get a model concent form right? ;-) |

Fading Awayby cpanaiotiComment: Classic equipment and translucent Gold Colored Vinyl (well orange / gold). Fantastic lighting. A little something going on in the background with the faint white shapes. Maybe could have thrown a dark sheet over that or other wise muted it more? I really enjoy the detail of the arm. Have to say it again how I like the lighting. Makes the forground visiable without looking light blasted. This should do well. Something to be proud of. Also nice use of thirds. |

Purpleby addiBangsiComment: Found a picture worse than mine! Actually the little scrible on the wall is somewhat interesting. I don't want to be interested by it.. but I am anyway. *shrug*
Perhaps it's because I view this as defiance against the rules. But ya still get a 1. :-P |

Exitby DyslexicComment: The subject appears to be the Exit sign. But it's very soft. |

Dawn's first catchby Andrew LathamComment: Get closer!! Too much foreground and background. Really potentially nice shot. The exposure of the sun, the light off the water, the silhouette of the boat.. fantastic! But the boat is so small and has so many artifacts around it. Another 75 feet and this would have been a lot different. |
