Moonstonesby EvaanComment: Nicely done and excellent concept. It appears to me that it would be even better if the light source were more diffused. |

Gerbera in Whiteby MrsFuzzButtComment: Nicely done. If the light were better diffused the shadows and overall image would have a softer, smoother look |

Frozen in timeby MulderComment: underexposed. You might try a different time of day when the sky is closer to the brightness of the snow. |

A Tribute to the Legend 1902-1984by GringoComment: Lovely scene and excellent B&W conversion. That is, very good tonality. I like the visual leading from foreground to middle to background. My only niggle is wondering if there could have been a composition that would give more foreground (visual) motion. Overall a most excellent entry. |

A Baby Boy and His Dog (who ate the flower!)by jimmspComment: I don't see much connection between the baby and the dog. As cute as they both are, it would be much more endearing if they were huddled together, or if the dog were licking his face, or if there were something else to tie them together. There is also a problem with lighting here in that the baby's shirt is the most lit part of him. This tends to draw attention from his face. I also find the spotted carpet to be somewhat distracting, perhaps a cozy rug or blanket would work better. |

La Primevère (Primrose)by joannsComment: Very nice! I love the dramatic lighting and the mirrored image at the bottom. Very nice placement of the subjects. Good job of lighting and metering, giving just the right exposure for the highlights without sacrificing the darker details. |

three movie starby ivanaComment: This is really very nice. The colors, background, lighting, and subject placement all work together to make an interestingly delightful image. I can't say that I would change a thing here. |
