I think it's a little too oversharpened and that draws focus to the guys behind her. If you were trying improve the focus on her you could mask them and just sharpen her.

While it clearly isn't backlit, I do find it visually interesting. I would suggest moving the leaf behind the fork if not out of the shot altogether. I think if you were to position the fork differently the difference in texture between the surface and the utensil could be very interesting. Perhaps a little post-processing could add interest as well.
