 The picture in the frame was a previous picture I took of the frame after sticking on yet another picture.

Convert from RAW
Crop with slight perspective correction
Cloned out a couple of small blemishes on the wall
Curves for extra brightness
Channel Mixer and Hue/Saturation to create greyscale version
Levels
Added a vignette layer
Cooling Filter 82 layer for a colour cast
Curves for more contrast
Added a black border
Resize and save as jpg
